This website is a move to make the organization more people friendly. Cantonment Board, Varanasi has traveled a long way accepting the challenges posed by increasing pressure on civic amenities. Our endeavour is to enhance the facilities, upgrade the quality of service and rise up to the expectations of its citizens.

Five years down the line we see Varanasi Cantonment as a model Cantonment with wide roads, green belts, parking zones and footpaths for the pedestrians. There is also a plan to implement eco-friendly projects. While beautifying the Cantt. we have not forgotten the requirements of common man. Sadar Bazar is the heart of Cantonment where majority of population stays in an area of 29.29 acres.

Right of Information act is being implemented by the Cantonment Board and we strive to provide maximum information to general public in order to make the organization transparent and accountable.

The organization is open for the suggestions and feedback from the people. It will help us to participate people in the decision making process. Rights go with responsibility. It is expected from the people to be more responsible while utilizing the public amenities. We join hand-in-hand for green, clean and beautiful Cantonment.
