In compliance of provision under section 5(1) and 19(1) of Right of Information Act 2005 :-

• The residents are required to go through the CITIZEN CHARTER. The time limit for the completion of work is given in citizen charter. The Telephone No. of the concerned staff is also given.
• In case the work is not completed in the prescribed time limit the citizens/people can meet Mr. Tejbali, Senior Clerk ( Phone No. 0542-2503215) who is appointed as Central Public Information Officer of the Cantonment Board- on any working day between 1600 hours to 1700 hours.
•  In case the grievance still remains unaddressed the people can meet CEO in the office on any working day between 1600 hours to 1700 hours. CEO is designated as the appellate authority under the RTI Act 2005 for the Cantt. Board.
• People have right to get information. In case any information is required, you are requested to give application in the office.
